Withering Flower

Withering flower, lonely and grey
I acknowledge presence of yours
That there you once were.

Time has taken its toll
On your fragile petals
Imminent death, casting a shadow
Over your pasty shell

I hope you learn acceptance,
For wither you may,
Existence,
Yours,
Shall forever more
Be in bind.
